Sarah has been blessed over the past 10 years to do a ‘job’ that she has loved and has been very fortunate to grow it into a business.
Sarah started teaching swimming in Galway over 10 years ago when she returned from living in New Zealand. She had no real desire or direction for what she wanted to do with her life so she just started to do what made her happy!!
Caitriona is co-founder of Ebb&Flow Aquatics and has over 10 years experience teaching and coaching swimming in both pool and open water.
‘I have inherited a great gift, salt water runs through my veins. I love and cherish what has been passed on to me and always treat the ocean with respect and show gratitude by trying my best to protect it and pass on this passion to my children.
Aisling has been teaching and coaching with Ebb & Flow Aquatics since 2015. In addition to open water coaching, she is also an Aqua Yoga Instructor and an Advanced Aquaphobia Coach, where relaxing and breathing are very much at the forefront of her coaching and also essential for open water swimming.
She has completed several relays and a solo 11km Frances Thornton Memorial Galway Bay Swim and her claim to fame is that she has escaped from Alcatraz three times (swimming, of course)!
Caroline has been working with Ebb&Flow and Swim Buddies for over 5 years. Her personal journey with swimming started with the Swim for a Mile challenge! From there she moved to Open water swimming, competing in Triathlons and building up a real passion for the outdoors. Her four kids are all competitive swimmers so it was almost join in or be left out.
