Pool Programs

Our pool program is designed for adults of all abilities from those with little or no previous experience in an aquatic environment, to swimmers who are competent and looking to improve technique and fitness.

1:1 Private Swim Lessons

A 30 minute private session with one of our experienced coaches who tailor the session specifically for your individual needs.

Small Group
Lessons

A 45 minute private group session with one of our experienced coaches who tailor the session specifically for the group's ability & needs.

Swim Fitness
Training Sessions

A 60 minute group session for those who can already swim a minimum of 100m. The focus of these sessions is on developing efficient stroke technique, increasing stamina and endurance.
